WP – Leaders of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province have just had a meeting with the Departments, branches and Bien Hoa city on the progress of implementing the Cai riverside project (from Ha Huy Giap street to Tran Quoc Toan street) and the Central trunk road project (Construction of Thong Nhat bridge and the road connecting two bridge ends), Bien Hoa city.

At the meeting, after listening to the investor's representative - the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board and other members' report on the implementation progress, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Cao Tien Dung assigned the Department of Planning and Investment assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with related units to urgently appraise the feasibility study reports of the two above-mentioned projects and submit to the provincial People's Committee for approval; assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to direct the Land Registration Office to accelerate implementation of cadastral measurement and mapping to provide the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City for implementation of land acquisition; and advise the Provincial People's Committee on procedures for land acquisition on both sides of the Cai river to ensure strict compliance with regulations.
At the same time, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Bien Hoa city to urgently complete appraisal and approval of construction planning of subdivision A4, HiepHoa ward, Bien Hoa city as a basis for the Department of attracting investment projects and exploiting land fund to create capital for development investment; and assigned the People's Committee of Bien Hoa city to conduct surveys and determine land acquisition on both sides of the Cai River project to hold an auction, in which it is necessary to choose a location with a small population, ensuring implementation of the project with high feasibility.
The Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board was assigned to closely coordinate with the Departments, branches and the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City to promptly remove difficulties, problems, and report results to the Provincial People's Committee in September 2020.
