Accordingly, the government requests individuals and business households to suspend the service of providing ready-to-eat food and drinks, including take-out, from 0:00 on July 29.
Provincial government assigns People's Committees of districts and cities to direct commune-level People's Committees to review, announce and publicize specific locations of business and trade in essential goods to serve the people; urgently organize the distribution of essential shopping vouchers to local people. People's Committees of districts and cities mobilize maximum forces, set up checkpoints to control people and means of transport between communes, wards and townships in the province to strictly implement the regulation "communities are isolated from communes, district is isolated from district; province is isolated from province” according to Directive No.16.
