During this time, factories continue to organize disinfection to ensure the safety of production workshops when workers return to work. Trade unions and businesses have encouraged employees to strictly follow the local epidemic prevention and control regulations to control the disease well.
At this time, businesses that are operating all organize Covid-19 testing for employees. At Hwaseung Vina Co., Ltd (Nhon Trach District), an enterprise with 15,000 employees, has organized Covid-19 screening tests for all employees at the company. Previously, the company's trade union gave 30,000 boxes of masks to union members and employees. In addition, the company ordered more than 60,000 doses of vaccine to inject Covid-19 for employees. Recently, the company has given employees a leave of absence to prevent epidemics and receive a minimum wage of VND170,000 per day.

Recently, Dong Nai has proposed to the Ministry of Health to create favorable conditions for supplementing vaccines to conduct Covid-19 vaccination for workers, contributing to ensuring continuous production and business activities, avoiding disruption of the supply chain for domestical and international markets.
