Temporary accommodation for workers at the company

Previously, on July 20, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs continued to implement documents guiding the arrangement of temporary accommodation at enterprises in the province to prevent Covid-19. Accordingly, based on actual conditions, enterprises will implement the following options: Option 1, arrange for employees to temporarily stay at the company to ensure production and business and prevent epidemics; Option 2, "1 road, 2 stops" (one stop is is the factory; the other stop is the residence of employees). For enterprises with a large number of workers, which must simultaneously arrange two plans to arrange temporary workers in other places, not located in the area of the enterprise, develop a plan for temporary workers to reside in other locations outside the Industrial Zone.

The stay rules require that, before entering the accommodation, the employee must have a negative result for SARS-CoV2 within 72 hours from the date of the test result. Enterprises report the risk of Covid-19 infection at the workplace and where the employees live. Registration dossiers shall be sent to the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs via email, zalo or send the original documents to the Labor Policy Department, under the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.
