Main raw materials, fuels, materials, services for production and circulation: petrol and oil; liquefied petroleum gas, liquefied natural gas, compressed natural gas; oxygen; raw materials and other materials for industrial, agricultural, and medical production.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Industry and Trade to coordinate with other departments, branches, People's Committees of districts and cities in the province and relevant units in implementing the list of essential goods and services in the area according to regulations.

Previously, the Department of Industry and Trade had proposed to the Provincial People's Committee to consider and approve the promulgation of the List of essential goods and services during the application of Directive No. 16/CT-TTg in the province.
