The head of the Provincial Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control has just decided to extend the time of medical isolation (lockdown) to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic in some wards of Bien Hoa City until the end of August 1.

The time to continue to implement medical isolation from 00:00 on July 25, 2021 to the end of August 1, 2021 at the request of Bien Hoa City People's Committee and Dong Nai Department of Health.
In the decision, the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Health to direct the Provincial Center for Disease Control to guide the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City to urgently implement specific measures to prevent the epidemic in accordance with practical conditions.
The Provincial Public Security coordinates with the Provincial Military Headquarters to develop a plan to mobilize manpower from the Police and Military of neighboring wards and communes to support the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City in ensuring absolute security, order, control and isolation, serving well for epidemic prevention and control.
The Departments of Transport, Industry and Trade, Natural Resources and Environment, Provincial Police, Provincial Military Headquarters and relevant agencies and units actively coordinate and guide the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City to implement the effective measures to prevent and control the epidemic, according to regulations.
The People's Committee of Bien Hoa City actively worked with relevant departments and branches to continue to promptly control the epidemic, preventing the spread of the disease in the community; coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade, transport and food business units to have a plan to transport and supply goods, food and necessary necessities in a timely manner to serve the people.
Directing Department of Health, Medical Center of Bien Hoa City, People's Committees of Hoa An, Tan Hanh, Tan Hoa, Tan Bien, Ho Nai and Phuoc Tan wards to continue implementing epidemic prevention and control measures, regularly monitoring developments in people's health in the medical isolation area.
