Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the ceremony to receive the Covid-19 vaccine fund

On the afternoon of July 21, at the headquarters of the Provincial People's Committee, a ceremony to receive the vaccine fund for Covid-19 prevention and control took place. Attendants of the ceremony were Mr. Cao Tien Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Cao Van Quang, Standing member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

At the ceremony, the representative of Dong Nai Wood and Handicraft Association presented a symbolic board worth VND1 billion to support the vaccine fund for the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic. The Dong Nai Wood and Handicraft Association proposed to support the province with some oxygen cylinders to support breathing for the treatment of Covid-19. At the same time, he hopes the province to support to quickly have a source of vaccines for businesses and workers.

 

Mr. Cao Tien Dung, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed the sincere thanks to the kindhearted donation of the Association, and hope that within its capacity, the Association will further support the province with some breathing oxygen tanks and ventilators to serve the treatment of Covid-19. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee wishes that the Association's members continue to prosper, care and take care of all aspects of life for members and employees; at the same time, regulations on epidemic prevention and control will be well implemented to ensure safety in the production process.

Regarding the vaccine fund, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that when the vaccine arrives in the province, it will be balanced and appropriately allocated, in the immediate future giving priority to 6 key epidemic localities and a number of priority subjects according to regulations. Businesses registering to buy vaccines for the province will have to register through the Drug Department to prevent fake vaccines.
