WEB PORTAL - On October 27, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Cao Tien Dung had a working session with the Provincial Planning Appraisal Council on the report on planning project of 1/500 scale, Subdivision A4, Hiep Hoa ward.

After listening to the Consultant’s presentation on the additional and modification points in planning project of Subdivision A4, Hiep Hoa ward, Chairman of PPC Cao Tien Dung requested this Consultant to add to the building parallel road to Rach Cat bridge plan.
Accordingly, the addition of planning and construction of a road bridge in parallel with Rach Cat bridge (located on the left of Rach Cat bridge, from Thong Nhat ward to Hiep Hoa ward) will contribute to reducing traffic load, thereby solving the traffic congestion that frequently occurs in the Hiep Hoa bridge area. At the same time, it will create a new connection between the central area of Bien Hoa city and Hiep Hoa ward.
Said Chairman of PPC also asked the authorities to urgently set up procedures for the construction of parallel road to Rach Cat bridge after this planning has been supplemented and approved.

Also at the meeting, Chairman of PPC Cao Tien Dung also asked the Consultant to review and adjust the boundary markers of 6 land areas in Hiep Hoa ward and planned them to be the land areas for project of development, education, commercial services, etc.
According to the Consultant, these 6 locations are proposed to be planned for the above purposes, mostly vacant land. The total area of 6 plots is about 8.7 ha.
