According to the leader of the Ministry of Transport, the construction project of the Phan Thiet-Dau Giay expressway has a fast construction time within 24 months. Therefore, the contract with the construction contractor has a clause that if it is delayed, it will be sanctioned. Therefore, the site clearance must be completed and handed over to the construction unit early so as not to affect the project construction progress. The Deputy Minister of Transport also suggested that the province basically complete and hand over the site by the end of September and early October to serve the commencement of the project. Districts and cities that have projects going through need to focus on site clearance, construction of resettlement areas and relocation of technical infrastructure systems.
