Specifically, the medical declaration and QR-Code scanning platform manages the access to the public places through the PC-Covid application such as the units, agencies, Party organizations, authorities, Fatherland Front Committees, departments, branches and mass organizations. The registration of QR-Code will have completed to manage the people coming in and out from September 28 and completed in October 2021. Cadres, civil servants, public employees in the state agencies must install and use the PC-Covid application in order to make their daily medical declarations. The people and markets, supermarkets, businesses and enterprises in the province must also complete the registration, installation and use of the above platform from October 01.

For the testing management platform, the pilot plan will be carried out for Bien Hoa City, starting from October 15 to October 30. Then, it will be deployed to the remaining localities.

Regarding the vaccination platform, the people have been asked to install and register for vaccinations on the Electronic Health Book application in the next injections. There is a mechanism to support the vaccination registration on the Electronic Health Book application for those who do not have a smartphone and who are the senior people without family.

The Covid-19 map system in Dong Nai Province will be completed to store and display all data such as the administrative map boundary frames, information about the Covid-19 epidemic by administrative regions detailed to the levels of hamlets or residential areas, providing the timely information on vaccinations, risk areas, medical isolation areas, and essential selling points throughout the province. The PC-Covid application will be integrated with it in order to support the trafficking and movement of the people among regions assessed for disease risk.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee has also directed to strengthen the application of information technology in managing and monitoring of the F1 and F0 cases in the concentrated isolation areas; the application of information technology in managing and coordinating the F0 patients. The social welfares software will be effectively built and synchronously deployed from the province to the communes on demand, status, history of supplying the food, necessities, and funding for the people in real time, ensuring the anti-duplication, anti-omission in food distribution in accordance with the criteria of no duplication, no omission of objects, publicity and transparency.
