The Deputy Director of Department of Health Nguyen Huu Tai said, the Department has issued the plan on allocating and using the the 12th phase of Covid-19 vaccines in the province.
Accordingly, in this phase, the province will have injected 500 thousand doses of AstraZeneca vaccines allocated by the Ministry of Health in order to vaccinate the 1st dose for all people from 18 years old to under 65 years old who are living and working in the area. In particular, the enterprises and businesses implementing the “3 things on the spot” option have been given the priority.
The period for deploying vaccination has been from October 4 to October 13, including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
The local authorities have mobilized all vaccination points in the public and non-public health systems in the province in order to jointly implement the campaign. The vaccination points include 170 Health Stations in communes, wards and townlets, vaccination facilities under 11 Health Centers, Provincial Center for Disease Control, provincial and regional General Hospitals, non-public hospitals and vaccination facilities, etc.
The Department of Health has allocated the vaccines to all 11 districts and cities in this phase. In which, Trang Bom District and Xuan Loc District have been allocated the largest number of vaccines with 72,720 doses of vaccine per district. Next, Tan Phu District has been allocated 69,160 doses of vaccines; Dinh Quan District has been allocated 66,360 doses of vaccines; Long Thanh District has been allocated 52,730 doses of vaccines; Thong Nhat District has been allocated 51,810 doses of vaccines, Cam My District has been allocated 40,900 doses of vaccines; Long Khanh City has been allocated 31,810 doses of vaccines; Bien Hoa City has been allocated 24,540 doses of vaccines; Vinh Cuu District has been allocated 12,330 doses of vaccines; and Nhon Trach District has been allocated 4,920 doses of vaccines.
The Provincial Steering Committee for the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination campaign has just established a Team to deal with the people's complaints about data on the Covid-19 vaccination software led by the Deputy Director of the Department of Health Nguyen Huu Tai. The task of the Team is to re-update the injection information for the people in the case of incorrect input of the injection compared to the injection certificate of the people. Thereby, the data is timely and accurately adjusted on the Covid-19 Vaccine Portal in order to create the favorable conditions in the process of monitoring, managing and returning the results of Covid-19 vaccination certificates to the people on the “Electronic Health Book” application.
Ensuring 100% of people's complaints is properly processed or denied with a legitimate reason. At the same time, there are messages to reply the results to the people who have the complaints. The period for processing the information is 07 days at the latest from the date of complaints from the people in order to avoid causing serious frustration from the people when their complaints are processed slowly or not at all. The previous complaints must be resolved by October 15.
Accordingly, over the past time, there have been 118,933 comments from people in the province related to the vaccination against the Covid-19 epidemic.
