The enterprise has implemented “3 things on the spot” option in the Bien Hoa II Industrial Zone

Specifically, for the enterprises that have not been having the F0 cases during 14 days, they must have a production and business plan issued by the competent authorities and commit to fully and seriously implementing the regulations of epidemic prevention and control. In particular, it is necessary to arrange the temporary isolation places for the F0 and F1 cases in case of the epidemic situations.

In which, the “3 things on the spot” enterprises must strictly manage the entry and exit of employees, minimize the possibility of contact with people outside the enterprises and do not allow the employees to return to their localities or transport the employees into the enterprise without the consent of the locality, etc.

In case of detecting the F0 cases in the enterprise, it must immediately activate the plan of the epidemic prevention and control; it must immediately inform the authorized agencies; it must immediately stop the operation of lines and workshops with the F0 cases and actively implement the isolation of F0 cases as well as trace of the F1 and F2 cases. 

For the employees participating in the plan, they must be in the green areas and injected at least 1 dose of vaccine (after 14 days) or the F0 cases recovering from diseases within 180 days; people who go their homes every day by personal means (motorcycles, cars with less than 9 seats) must go on the right route from their residences to the enterprises and vice versa. The employees must be taken the legal responsibility when they fail to comply with the regulations on the epidemic prevention and control, causing the spread of epidemics. 

In case of the enterprise organizes the concentrated shuttle, it must inform the list of employees to the commune-level People's Committees where the employees reside for coordination in supervision; means of transportation serving for the concentrated shuttle must be registered or issued a QR code.

In case of the enterprise allows the employees to go their homes every day by personal means, they must work with the commune-level People's Committees to agree on the return of the employees in order that the government can sign the certification. This certification is also considered as the road permits.

Regarding the production and business plan of the "3 things on the spot" enterprises, it continues to implement the registered plans. In addition, "3 things on the spot" enterprises are allowed to exchange and supplement the employees; the employees are allowed to go their homes every day.

For businesses that have stopped their operations due to not implement the "3 things on the spot" option as before and needed to resume their operations, they can choose to register for the "3 things on the spot" option or organize for the employees to go their home every day.

It is known that this guidance is intended to create the favorable conditions for the enterprises to gradually restore their production and business activities, contributing to stabilizing the economic growth, recovering and developing the production and business when the epidemic is under the control.
