Regulations on vehicles provided with QR codes operating in the province

​Vehicles are issued with QR codes, storing the information about departure and arrival places for the authorized forces to check on the road.

The vehicles with QR codes are the vehicles to transport the patients, emergency, accident, especially in the lockdown areas; shuttle bus for the forces of the epidemic prevention and control; shuttle bus for transporting the employees to the enterprises that are implementing the "1 route, 2 stops" option; taxis, trucks and passenger cars are mobilized to support and serve the epidemic prevention and control work of units under the transport sector in the province; the vehicles are driven by the employees of the distribution system (including: the supermarkets, markets, chains of convenience stores, fixed selling points); the vehicles are driven by the delivery staffs of the units providing food, foodstuffs, meals, medical equipments and materials supplying for the epidemic prevention and control works which implement the activities of transportation, delivery and receipt of goods.

The trafficking range of the vehicles issued with QR codes are some routes in the province according to the guidance of the competent authorities and according to the registration of organizations and individuals. Particularly, the forces of delivery and receipt of goods by 2-wheelers (shippers) can only operate within 1 district and city in the province. The trafficking period is within a fixed time frame, according to the guidance of the competent authorities and according to the registration of organizations and individuals.

The units under the transport sector make the list of vehicles with certification or a written request from the competent agencies to be sent to the Department of Transport; Particularly, the means of transporting workers according to the "1 route, 2 stops" option must have the notice of approval for the "1 route, 2 locations" option of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs or the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority (according to the management competence) and the written request from the company (a list of vehicles, drivers and places to pick up the employees is attached).

For the organizations and business households that distribute, supply, deliver and receive goods, the Department of Industry and Trade shall receive a list of vehicle information associated with the driver, compile a list with full information and send it with the document for agreement to the Department of Transport.

Before trafficking, asking the person on the vehicles declares the information on the monitoring software (a software to monitor citizens in Covid-19 infected areas) of the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order, the Ministry of Public Security at the address: suckhoe.dancuquocgia.gov.vn or uses the domestic movement management application - "VN-eID" - issued by the Ministry of Public Security to declare, scan the QR code at the checkpoints and install, use the Electronic Health Book application.
