The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2851/QĐ-UBND on deploying and implementing the Resolution No. 11/2021/NQ-HĐND dated July 30, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council on the Technical Infrastructure Investment Support Program for the industrial clusters in Dong Nai Province in the period of 2021 - 2025.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee supports the technical infrastructure investment capital for environmental protection of the Industrial Clusters, including: rainwater drainage system; concentrated wastewater collection and treatment system; solid waste storage and treatment areas. The support level is 30% of the total investment capital in construction of technical infrastructure for environmental protection of the industrial clusters in the total investment capital of the approved technical infrastructure projects for environmental protection, but not exceeding VND10 billion per the industrial cluster. Subjects are public non-business units assigned or authorized by the competent state agencies to act as investors in technical infrastructure of the industrial clusters.
The supporting condition is that the Industrial Cluster has received an investment project on the basis of a detailed planning approved by the competent authority but has not yet invested in the technical infrastructure for environmental protection; the investors in the construction of technical infrastructure of the the industrial clusters has been approved by a competent state agency on the decision to establish, approve the details of the construction of the industrial clusters and the investment project of technical infrastructure for environmental protection according to the regulations.
Currently, Dong Nai Province has planned 27 Industrial Cluster with an area of about 1.6 thousand hectares. There are 4 Industrial Clusters that have completed technical infrastructure: Tan Hanh Ceramics (Bien Hoa City), Phu Cuong (Dinh Quan District), Ho Nai 3 (Trang Bom District), Phu Thanh - Vinh Thanh (Nhon Trach District). The remaining Industrial Clusters are in the process of completing investment procedures, compensation and site clearance.
