Handling many businesses that violated the Directive No. 16 in Long Thanh District

Long Thanh District Public Security said, since the province implemented the social distancing in accordance with the Directive No. 16 of the Prime Minister of the Government from July 09 to now, the District Public Security forces have checked, reminded and adjusted 134 service businesses in violation of the Directive No. 16 of the Prime Minister on implementing urgent measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 pandemic

The latest, on August 27, the Long Thanh District Public Security established a dossier to handle the P.N. pawn shop (located in Hamlet 5, An Phuoc Commune, Long Thanh District) for not taking the restricting measures on gathering of people or temporarily suspending service business activities in public places regulated at Point c, Clause 3, Article 12 of Decree No. 117/2020/NĐ-CP dated September 28, 2020 of the Government on sanctioning of administrative violations in the health sector.

In the coming time, the Long Thanh District Public Security forces will continue to inspect and strictly handle the business shops that violate Directive No. 16. The Public Security forces also strengthen the warnings about the complicated Covid-19 epidemic situation in order that every citizen must raise their sense of responsibility and strictly abide by the regulations on the epidemic prevention and control to protect themselves, their families and the community.
