In addition, the situation of violations of the regulations related to the dissemination of erroneous information about the epidemic prevention and control and vaccination against the Covid-19 also occurred in many places, in which many cases were handled or coordinated by the authorized agencies such as the Public Security, Information and Communication Inspectors, Health Inspectors, etc.

In particular, some mass media reported that recently, there were subjects who took advantage of the scarcity of Covid-19 vaccines and the incomplete understanding of some people about the State's regulations on vaccination to commit the violations of formation the service vaccination line in order to gain illicit profits (thanking to the personal relationships, the subjects arrange and provide the Covid-19 vaccination sessions in order to collect money from the vaccinated people).

This seriously affects the prevention and control of the epidemic, especially the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination campaign under the direction of the Government and the plan to implement the Covid-19 vaccination campaign.

Therefore, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Health suggested that the Departments of Health of provinces and cities strengthen inspection and examination (should focus mainly on checking) for the epidemic prevention and control activities, especially the vaccination against the Covid-19 in the locality and in each unit.

The Departments of Health strengthen inspection of the implementation of legal regulations on production, import, supply and sale prices of goods serving for the epidemic prevention and control such as chemicals, biological products, medical equipments serving for the Covid-19 testing, prices for the Covid-19 testing services according to current regulations.

During the inspection and examination, it is necessary to combine the propaganda of measures in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic; promptly detect and strictly handle the violations in accordance with the regulations, and publicly announce them on the mass media. In case of detecting criminal signs, it immediately transfers the dossier to the authorized agency for handling according to the regulations.
