Through 3 epidemic periods, the health sector has drawn 10 lessons that lead to success in the treatment of Covid-19 epidemic in Vietnam over the past time, including: Develop a plan to respond to extreme situations of epidemics. ; motto "4 at place", organizing treatment line; regularly develop and update treatment guidelines; to promulgate all regulations on equipment, drugs, and consumable materials; establish a testing system for SARS-CoV-2 right at the medical examination and treatment facility; reviewing human resources specialized in positive and infectious resuscitation; increase training, supplement professional capacity; forming a mobile team and regular support for localities; the initiative to establish an Online Center for Treatment Support Covid-19; Regularly monitor, supervise and inspect for timely guidance documents, promulgate guidance on the implementation of hospital quality criteria for Covid-19 prevention and control.
Although the epidemic has been successfully prevented, according to Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Truong Son, Deputy Minister of Health, the epidemic can still flare up at any time because the epidemic situation in the world is still complicated. Therefore, everyone should not be subjective, still must fully comply with the recommendations of the health sector to ensure health and life safety.
