Coordinate implementation of Manufacture, Issuance and Management of new Citizen Identity Card

​Accordingly, the PPC assigns tasks to the Provincial Police to preside over planning and implementing the tasks of the production project, granting and managing new citizen ID card; Coordinating with departments, agencies and unions to strengthen propaganda and dissemination to cadres, civil servants & public employees, workers and the masses of people about the meaning, effects and legal provisions related to the use of new citizen ID card; Reviewing and advising the People's Council and the PPC on revision, supplementation, issuance or annulment of documents related to the issuance of citizen ID card/ID card in the province.

In addition, the PPC assigns departments, branches, agencies, and the People's Committees of districts and communes to review and guide its residents to correct personal information (citizen ID Card number) in civil status and other legal papers; The PPC also assigns the Department of Justice to review and statistic the demographics applying for renunciation of Vietnamese nationality; Requests the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the police, departments, People's Committees of districts, cities and relevant agencies to advise the Provincial People's Committee to allocate funding for implementation. All relevant agencies and units as its assigned functions and tasks, must urgently develop its implementation plan and send to the Provincial Police Department (PC06) before November 20.
