According to the latest guidelines of the Ministry of Health, the following people should be screened thoroughly and carefully before vaccinating against the Covid-19: people with a history of allergy to other allergens; people with underlying diseases and chronic diseases; people with losing their consciousness and behavioral capacity; people with a history of thrombocytopenia and/or coagulopathy; pregnant women from 13 weeks or over.

In addition, the people detected the abnormal vital signs in following cases: the temperature was lower than 35.5 degrees Celsius and higher than 37.5 degrees Celsius; the pulse was lower than 60 times per minute or higher than 100 times per minute; the diastolic blood was pressure less than 60 mmHg or higher than 90 mmHg and/or the systolic blood pressure was lower than 90 mmHg or higher than 140 mmHg or higher than 30 mmHg compared to the daily blood pressure (for patients with hypertension being treated and have medical records); the breathing rate was higher than 25 breaths per minute also require to be caution.

People who delay vaccination include: people with a clear history of having the Covid-19 within 6 months; people suffering from an acute illness; pregnant women under 13 weeks.
