According to the statistics from the Department of Industry and Trade, currently in the province there are 6 enterprises producing the oxygen to the market inside and outside the province with a capacity of about 64 tons per day. In which, there are 2 companies producing the oxygen in large quantities, namely the Nippon Sanso Vietnam Joint Stock Company with a capacity of 34.3 tons per day and the Dong Nai Oxygen Co., Ltd with a capacity of about 20 tons per day. Both companies are located in the Bien Hoa II Industrial Zone (Bien Hoa City).
Medical oxygen is being prepared to delivery to the hospitals
Up to September 11, in Dong Nai Province, there are more than 33,915 cases of Covid-19 infection, of which 14,314 cases have recovered, the remaining patients are being isolated for treatment. According to the data from the Department of Health, the province's demand for oxygen to treat the F0 cases corresponds to more than 41 tons per day. The enterprises producing the oxygen in Dong Nai Province also agree that if there is an increased demand for medical oxygen in the province, they will support to timely supply. Therefore, the current medical oxygen output still meets the demand. However, some enterprises producing the oxygen in the province have difficulty because the amount of bottles recovered to fill oxygen is not enough to supply the market in the face of the increasing number of Covid-19 infections. Consequently, the enterprises have asked the Medical Centers, Hospitals, etc. to quickly return the medical oxygen cylinders for re-filling.
