According to the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority, attracting the foreign direct investment (FDI) projects into the Industrial Zones by the beginning of September 2021 reaches US$27.45 billion.
Currently, the FDI enterprises in the Industrial Zones in the province have disbursed the investment capital of over US$21.64 billion, reaching nearly 79% of the registered capital. In the past 2 years, in spite of the Covid-19 epidemic, facing many difficulties in travel, but the FDI enterprises still disbursed a large amount of capital to invest in building their factories and offices, buying machinery and equipments for installation of production line.
So far, there have been 42 countries and territories investing in the province, of which the Republic of Korea is leading, followed by the Taiwan and Japan.
