Investment connection from Ho Chi Minh City to Dong Nai by Caravan

​The program was attented by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoa Hiep, representatives of departments, districts, cities and more than 50 enterprises of Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA), HCMC Union of Business Association (HUBA).

Representatives of VNREA are signing on the investment of some projects in the province.

According to Chairman of VNREA Nguyen Quoc Bao, Dong Nai possesses many advantages in transportation infrastructure, low land prices, which has a great attraction to businesses investing in fields, especially real estate, including real estate housing, industrial real estate, trade and services, and tourism. Therefore, businesses in Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces/cities are keen to invest in this place.

The issues raised by many businesses in Caravan are those areas that attract investment in the field of housing, industrial park infrastructure, trade and services; provincial policies in attracting investment; when will Cat Lai Bridge and Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway be built; seaport system, river port, etc.

Chairman of VNREA Nguyen Quoc Bao sponsored Xuan Loc District with VND 500 million for bridge construction.

Dong Nai has an area of over 5.9 thousand km² with its population of about 3.1 million people. It currently has 32 industrial parks and will be expand in the near future, adding 7,000 hectares of new industrial land. In addition, the provincial leadership also plans more than 300 residential areas and many projects in the fields of commerce, services, tourism, etc. The provincial leadership is aslo inviting businesses with potential and experience to invest in the fields of industry, trade, services, tourism, high-tech agriculture.

At Caravan Program, VNREA also signed a contract to invest in some real estate projects in Dong Nai. Besides, VNREA also sponsored VND 500 million to the People's Committee of Xuan Loc District for bridge construction.
