Mutually beneficial
In the first 6 months of 2020, many businesses in the province were facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic, so they had to reduce operations, or even suspend production due to no orders. As a result, workers do not have stable jobs, leave alternately or have to terminate labor contracts ... In the above situation, Trade Union in different levels have been proactive and positive under many forms from ideas surveying, understand lifestyles, jobs of employees and participate in supervising legal policies directly related to employees. At the same time, promoting the representative role, protecting labor rights, keeping harmonious and stable labor relations at enterprises.
Along with that, the provincial Trade Union of different levels have closely followed the operation targets, accompanying enterprises to remove difficulties in production and business. Many grassroots trade unions have become a bridge between employers and employees, closely keeping employees' thoughts and aspirations at meetings and dialogues with business owners. Thereby, there are many positive results, contributing to creating an emulation motivation to increase labor productivity, maintain production and gradually stabilize employees' life.
As a result from the deepening, promoting propaganda about the benefits in building harmonious labor relations at the grassroots of Trade Union organization, many businesses increasingly focus on the implementation of democratic regulations; organize periodic dialogues and sign collective labor agreements with many content beneficial to employees. Specifically, in the first 6 months of this year, 75 copies of collective labor agreements were signed, reaching 88.2%, bringing the total number of existing agreements in the province to 1,193 copies/1,545 enterprises having Union organization. Enterprises organized 862 conversations with employees to listen to their recommendations and improve them timely.
According to Trade Union officials, creating a harmonious labor relationship at enterprises not only to wait for the joining and cohesion of Trade Unions, but also to both employers and employees’ sense of cooperation and understanding improvement for mutual benefit. In particular, businesses need to spend time to listen to employees' concerns more. In addition, employees need to have regular information exchange with the grassroots trade union and business owners to understand the problem. In this way, conflicts and small disagreement will be solved quickly, labor relations will be more and more sustainable.
Timely understand the desire
At the recent meeting of grassroots trade union of electronic and mechanical engineering, Vice Chairman of provincial Labor Federation, Mr. Ho Thanh Hong emphasized that in the last months of the year, trade unions at all levels should closely coordinate with business owners to strengthen dialogue and grasp their thoughts, aspirations, building harmonious labor relations at enterprises, avoiding labor disputes of which affect business activities and employees' life.
In addition, to limit the suspension of collective work, it is required for grassroots cadres to closely monitor the implementation of enterprise policies for employees. Need to renovate the form and content of propagating policies, Labor Code so that employees and businesses understand, cooperate and build stable labor relations. Simultaneously, Trade Union officials must be enthusiastic and enthusiastic in their work, close in contact with employees, dare to fight for their workers' rights guarantee.

(Bien Hoa City) Pham Thi Phuong said that the dialogue with employees is a way for enterprises to show their listening and acknowledging their concerns and problems for goodness improvement promptly. At the companies where she worked, quarterly dialogues were held every 3 months to record and resolve employee recommendations. Through that, enterprises and employees understand each other, employees trust and participate in creative labor emulation movements to make products better and better for businesses.
According to Chairman of the Labor Union of Pousung Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Trang Bom District) Le Nhat Truong, the demand for housing, cultural and spiritual activities of the employees is very high, but the rate of response is very limited. Therefore, the grassroots trade union needs to gather the opinion of the employees, negotiate with business owners to archive many practical improvement policies. Because if the working environment is good, surely employees will be assured of working and labor relations will become stronger. When talking with employees, enterprises should let employees feel free to express their opinions and encourage them to make suggestions for amendments, rather than ignoring or not absorbing. If you can do that, surely businesses will gain a lot more than lose. In particular, employees will be a valuable capital resource to create wealth and material, helping businesses stand firm in the marketplace.
