Following the survey, Nguyen Van Ut, Chairman of the City People’s Committee, observed that although Trang Dai ward has a large population scale, its development planning has lacked synchronization for many years. This has resulted in numerous pressing issues across the ward, ranging from land management concerns to demands in economic, social, and educational sectors. Therefore, in the coming period, Trang Dai’s development planning must be implemented in a comprehensive and coordinated manner to eliminate existing shortcomings; transportation must include the opening of new major roads, while effectively planning areas with available land resources; and socialization should be promoted in attracting investment and developing social facilities for the locality.

The Chairman of the City People’s Committee requested that relevant departments and sectors coordinate closely with Trang Dai ward in preparing specific reports, recommendations, and proposals in key sectors such as transportation, education, and housing. These efforts will help provide appropriate planning orientations, thereby ensuring effective land-resource utilization, urban renewal, and sustainable development, contributing to the overall growth of Dong Nai City.
