According to the report of the Department of Health, as of August 19, the whole province has injected a total of 425,836 per 454,250 vaccine doses, reaching a rate of 93.7%. In addition to a number of units promoting injections to achieve 100% of the allocated vaccines, achieving and exceeding the assigned plan, there are some units that are slow to implement such as: Dinh Quan District Medical Center, Tan Phu District Medical Center, etc. The work of vaccination, besides the advantages from the concern and urging of the Provincial People's Committee, Steering Committees at all levels, the consensus of the people when participating in vaccination, also faces many difficulties. In particular, the biggest difficulty is still the data entry, reporting statistics not keep up with the vaccination speed of injection teams. For example, entering information on mandatory vaccinations, but many people do not have health insurance cards… In addition, the lack of staffs implementing the statistical reporting leads to data discrepancies between actual and reported data. …It still exists in some localities that the list of people to be injected has not been prepared yet and people go to the wrong appointment time for vaccination, leading to large gatherings of people at vaccination places.

Through the online briefing conference, the units proposed to improve the data entry system, increase personnel, computers, barcode scanners, printers, etc. at the vaccination places in order to return the vaccination confirmation and the timely statistical reporting work.

At the conference, the Department of Health implemented the vaccination plan, 6^th phase in 2021 in order to increase the community immunity coverage and ensure vaccination time. The number of vaccines distributed for the Covid-19 prevention in phase 6^th includes: 250,000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccines and over 15,000 doses of Pfizer vaccines. Time of injection in the whole province from August 21 to August 27 (including Saturday, Sunday and holidays). From August 28 to August 31 is the period for vaccinating those who have not yet get the vacccines injected. The Department of Health mobilized all vaccination places in the public and non-public health systems in the province to jointly implement the campaign. At the same time, they investigate, make a list of people to be injected, distribute and use vaccines and supply vaccination materials. The goal is to reach over 95% of the people in the list to be vaccinated against Covid-19.
