Particularly for flights to support tourists who are staying in Da Nang and returning to their localities, the Ministry has directed the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam to arrange passenger transportation plans to ensure compliance with regulations on epidemic prevention and control; When returning to their localities, passengers must apply medical supervision and isolation measures according to regulations. Passenger flights to / from Chu Lai airport are in the direction of reducing flights but have not stopped altogether, requiring airlines to strictly comply with the Health Ministry's regulations on epidemic prevention and control.

Road sector, required to stop transporting interprovincial and intercity fixed passenger transport, contract car, touring, taxi, inbound and outbound buses Da Nang City, except for special cases due to public service reasons, vehicles carrying patients, people who are out of isolation; transportation vehicles for workers, experts of enterprises, transport vehicles for epidemic prevention and control and cases of supplying food, essential food, necessities, vehicles carrying production materials, goods chemical. Transportation activities of intercity fixed passenger transport routes, transport activities of contract cars, passenger cars, taxis, buses traveling through Da Nang city are not allowed to stop or park in the city. For the railway sector, the Ministry directed to suspend all operations of passenger trains starting and ending at Da Nang station. For the Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh railway route that is normally exploited, it is not allowed to stop, park to pick up and drop off passengers at Da Nang railway station, for trains that do not carry passengers, there is no restriction on operation.

In the field of maritime and inland waterways, the Ministry of Transport instructs the Vietnam Maritime Administration, the Vietnam Inland Waterway Administration to coordinate with localities to stop passenger trains from the shore to the island where the origin / destination point is the city. Danang. In special cases, the Vietnam Maritime Administration, the Vietnam Inland Waterway Administration, according to their functions and tasks, agree with the Da Nang Department of Transport to advise the People's Committee of Da Nang City for consideration and decision. For trains that do not carry passengers, they are still operating normally.

The Ministry of Transport assigns the Directorate for Roads of Vietnam, the departments: Vietnam Aviation, Vietnam Railways, Vietnam Maritime, and Vietnam Inland Waterways to monitor the implementation of the above plan, promptly guide issues arising within the micro management.
