Identifying the private economy as an important development engine and the future of the country's economy, many policies to accompany and support businesses have been actively implemented by the whole country as well as Dong Nai Province. Improving the business environment, reforming administrative procedures and developing business support projects are solutions that Dong Nai has been implementing.

Find a new strategy for growth
In line with the development trend of the whole decade as well as the sustainability of the economy, the Government is developing strategic orientations for socio-economic development for the period 2021-2030, including the priority given to support the private sector to develop strongly in order to create a breakthrough in enterprise quality and the competitiveness of Vietnamese brands. The Government also encourages the formation and development of large private economic groups with strong potential and regional and international competitiveness. Striving to 2030, there are at least 2 million enterprises with the proportion of the private sector's contribution to GDP reaching 60-65%.
In Dong Nai, recognizing the important role of the private economy, the province has been adjusting its development strategy, giving more priority to the small and medium-sized enterprise community and private enterprises. Currently, Dong Nai is developing a project to support small and medium enterprises until 2025. The project covers 9 groups of issues. In which, the group of general support policies includes: credit guarantee support for small and medium enterprises; support in terms of production and business premises for enterprises in supporting industries; supporting human resource development, enterprise management, improving labor quality; support the use of consulting services; register to establish enterprise for free; advice, guidance on tax procedures and support on legal issues. Dong Nai also promotes the transformation from individual business households to enterprises; support start-up businesses to innovate, join in industry clusters, production value chains, etc.
Because the above solutions of the province aimed at a strong business community, the province developed a project with many broad support policies. The specific objectives of the project are: the number of newly established small and medium-sized enterprises in the 2021-2025 period will grow by 9% annually, the total number of newly established enterprises in 5 years is over 30.6 thousand enterprises. New businesses established from the date the project was approved will create about 300,000 new jobs.
Government stands by businesses
Through the practice of production and business activities and the implementation of support policy packages from the State for many years, enterprises have shown that it is very difficult for them to access, although each support policy has its own regulations. In order for policy incentives to be implemented in the spirit of supporting businesses and making them easier to access, in the condition that the province's resources are limited, the businesses recommended that the province should focus on 3 main areas that are facing the most problems: production premises, credit capital and training the administrators for enterprises.
According to provincial leaders, Dong Nai always considers the satisfaction of the business community as a measure for the effectiveness of local policy administration. In the coming time, leaders of the province and related agencies will continue to contact and have direct and candid dialogues to listen to enterprises; at the same time, be a bridge between domestic enterprises and small and medium enterprises in the area to have the opportunity to meet and find partners through trade promotion programs and trade connections.
One more important task is to continue to create a fair, open, friendly and transparent business and investment environment. Support private enterprises, especially startups in innovation, quickly deploy support policies from the central government, follow the operation situation of enterprises to promptly propose practical support solutions.
