Accordingly, the Management Board of the provincial construction investment project was assigned to be the investor of two projects: construction of roads along the Cai river (the section from Ha Huy Giap road to Tran Quoc Toan road, Bien Hoa city) and the central trunk road (section from Vo Thi Sau road to Dang Van Trang road). At the same time, Bien Hoa City People's Committee was assigned to be the investor of 2 projects of compensation, support, resettlement and clearance of the two projects. The Cai river road project has a total investment of more than VND 3.9 trillion and the central trunk road project of Bien Hoa City has a total investment more than VND 3.1 trillion. The capital source to implement the projects is the state budget capital.
