On the afternoon of June 12, the Bien Hoa Ward People’s Committee held an inauguration ceremony for the Community Cultural, Sports and Learning Center. The project is the first to be completed and put into operation under a resolution of the ward Party Executive Committee and serves as a tangible outcome of the 500-day emulation campaign launched by the Ward Party Committee.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vien Hong Tien, member of the Dong Nai City Party Committee, Secretary of the Bien Hoa Ward Party Committee and Chairman of the Ward People’s Council, said the project had broken ground in November 2025 and has now been completed and brought into service. According to him, the facility will help improve residents’ material and spiritual well-being, contribute to fulfilling cultural development goals, promote civilized urban lifestyles, and provide additional space for community activities, sports, and lifelong learning.
He added that the 500-day emulation campaign is a special initiative designed to mobilize the strength of the entire political system, with projects and activities focused on delivering concrete and practical benefits directly to local residents.

The same day, the Bien Hoa Ward People’s Committee also held a groundbreaking ceremony for a project to renovate and upgrade facilities at Kim Dong Primary School, aimed at improving educational quality and enhancing teaching and learning conditions.
Addressing the ceremony, Thai Thanh Phong, Chairman of the Bien Hoa Ward People’s Committee, emphasized that investing in the renovation and upgrading of school infrastructure is essential to meeting the requirements of comprehensive educational reform and development. The project also serves as a practical step toward implementing the Resolution of the First Congress of the Bien Hoa Ward Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term.
The Chairman of the Bien Hoa Ward People’s Committee noted that the inauguration and groundbreaking ceremonies represent the initial achievements of the special 500-day emulation campaign. The projects not only meet residents’ needs but also contribute to improving local cultural and educational facilities. In the coming period, the ward plans to continue implementing additional practical projects and initiatives to successfully achieve the goals and tasks set out in the Ward Party Congress Resolution.
