In order to create favorable conditions for citizens, enterprises (refer to as taxpayers) implementing tax obligations to the state budget, especially in the context of the social distancing to prevent and control the complicated development of Covid-19 epidemic, the General Department of Taxation has set up an online portal to support taxpayers on electronic tax procedures.
Website of Dong Nai Tax Department has been upgraded to support taxpayers
For taxpayers in the province, in addition to the support channel of the General Department of Taxation, Dong Nai Tax Department also has channels to answer questions and support taxpayers via: Zalo Tax Department, email or on the website of Dong Nai Tax Department by address http://dongnai.gdt.gov.vn . Additionally, the tax sector is preparing to deploy an electronic tax application on mobile devices (Etax-mobile), expected in August 2021. At the same time, the sector promotes the strategy of electronic tax payment via payment intermediaries or banks.
So far, there have been over 24.6 thousand enterprises in the province paying tax electronically with tax authorities, reaching 99.06%. The number of enterprises paying taxes electronically through the commercial banks reached 98.81%. 558 electronic tax refund dossiers have been settled with an amount of over VND4 trillion.
