WP - According to Resolution No. 35/2020 / NQ-HDND of the provincial People's Council, regulating the fee for issuing work permits for foreigners in Dong Nai province.
Accordingly, the rates of fees for the issuance and re-issuance of work permits for foreigners coming to work at enterprises, organizations and individuals in the province are specified in Resolution No. 35/2020 /NQ-HĐND is equal to the previous rates in Resolution No. 102/2017/NQ-HDND, similar to neighboring provinces such as Binh Duong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Tay Ninh, Long An. Specifically: the fee is 600,000 VND/01 permit when the work permit is renewed and 450,000 VND/01 permit when the work permit is re-issued. In the period 2017-2020, the whole province granted 13,418 permit with a cost of 1,778 million VND. The continuation of regulations on the fee for the issuance of work permits for foreigners in the province contributes to additional funding for local management activities.
