329 citizens entering from South Korea were negative on 1st test of SARS-CoV-2

WP - Director of the Department of Health, Mr. Phan Huy Anh Vu said that the first test results of SARS-CoV-2 for 329 citizens entering from Korea on the evening of December 21 were negative.

Regarding 3 Covid-19 infected patients who are being treated at Dong Nai Lung Hospital, on December 23, Director of Dong Nai Lung Hospital, Mr. Luong Van Chau said that 1 patient had had 3 negative test results for SARS-CoV-2. That is the female patient N.T.T., born in 1956, from Hai Chau District, Da Nang City. In addition, the male patient B.Q.K., born in 1966, from Ha Nam province, although he still has a positive test result but at a very low level. Particularly, a male patient, N.V.D., born in 1955, from Bac Ninh province still has a positive test result.

For the female patient N.T.T., on December 25, if the test remains negative, the patient will be discharged from the hospital back to the locality. Dong Nai Department of Health will send a document to Da Nang Department of Health to understand the health situation of Mrs. T.

As reported, all 3 Covid-19 above patients are Vietnamese citizens who entered from France on November 30, and are isolated at the People's Police College II, Long Thanh district. On December 1, the patients were sampled to test SARS-CoV-2 1st times. Positive results for SARS-CoV-2, they were transferred to Dong Nai Lung Hospital for monitoring and treatment.
