The enterprises have had the demands to recruit nearly 4.7 thousand employees

There are 28 units joining in the online employment exchange. In which, 15 enterprises have registered for online interviews at the exchange with a total recruitment demand of nearly 4.7 thousand employees. The recruitment demands for unskilled labor have accounted for a large number of 96%, mainly in the fields of production and business such as garment, leather shoes, electronics, etc. Accordingly, about 180 turns of employees need to find jobs and find out information about employments registered to join the online exchange. It is expected that 103 unemployed workers will get the jobs.              

According to the Employment Services Center of Dong Nai Province, due to the impact of the epidemic, the employees are still concerned about the trafficking requirements in the new situation. The movement between provinces and cities is still difficult, so the employment connection and introduction for the employees with enterprises outside the province in the Employment Exchange is limited. In the coming time, the Center will continue to organize some online employment exchanges in the new situation, strengthen the propaganda and encourage the enterprises and employees, especially employees who are enjoying unemployment benefits to participate in online interviews. At the same time, the Center  will invest in the equipments and upgrade the internet connection to better serve the online employment exchange so that the employees and enterprises can interact and interview each other more easily.
