Conference to implement the government’s Decree no.107

Dong Nai Department of Trade and Industry held a conference on the implementation of the Decree no. 107/2009/ND-CP dated November 26, 2009 on LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) trading and of related documents on the morning of June 18.

  The conference was attended by the representatives from concerned departments and sectors and more than fifty LPG dealers in Dong Nai.

In addition to the specific contents of the Decree no.107, the Ministry of Trade and Industry offered organizations and businesses detailed guidance on the by-laws for LPG agents at the conference.

Also, organizations and businesses had a chance to put questions concerning LPG trading to State management agencies.

The conference is to improve the State management over LPG trading and to assist businesses in fufilling all mandatory requirements in order that as of November 1, 2010 all LPG dealers will be awarded business registration certificates.
