    463 businesses have paid the fees of more than VND7.560 billion, making the total fee that the province collected in 2008 VND13,969,530.297, accounting for 106.7% of the plan goals. Particularly, the collected fees for industrial waste water are more than VND6.6 billion and the rest is the collected fees for domestic wastewater. However, the Department’s report says that 80 businesses have not paid the fees of more than VND2.1 billion.
