Plan to hold preliminary conference on 06 years implementing Resolution No. 06-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Executive Committee term VIII dated dated on 09/01/2007.

The purpose of the conference is to review and assess the results, practical situations and limitations in order to learn from experience after 6 years implementing Resolution No. 06-NQ/TU of Provincial Party Executive Committee term VIII dated on 09/01/2007, implementing compensation, support and resettlement policies when the State recovers land in Dong Nai; discussing resolutions to help the Provincial Party Standing Committee promptly accelerate the work of compensation, support and resettlement, and provide favorable conditions to promote investment in infrastructure, attract investment, and accelerate socio-economic growth rate, at the same time support people whose land is recovered. The organization must be carefully and seriously prepared to ensure the content and progress as planned in order to achieve good results and prevent ostentation as well as waste.

The provincial People’s Committee clearly stated that the mentioned units must be prepared for the contents and opinions to present them at the conference, including: discussion on the leadership of the executive committees of the Party hierarchy and the coordination among the units in the practice of compensation, support and resettlement; discussion on procedures to implement compensation, support and resettlement; discussion on mechanisms, policies, rates of compensation; consideration on resettlement and fund allocated for the implementation of compensation, support and resettlement; discussion on inspecting and investigating the settlement of complaints and denunciations related to ​​compensation  and resettlement and implementing administrative methods to conduct land discovery in the province. Besides, the provincial People’s Committee assigns the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to prepare budgeting for organizing the conference; prepared for printing and making booklets and ensuring the logistics for the Conference; the Office of provincial People’s Committee is responsible for setting up the Hall and drafting invitation to the participants.
