2- Mr. Tran Van Tu – Member of the Standing Committee at Dong Nai Party Committee and Head of the Inspection Committee at Dong Nai Party Committee – with 51,735 votes, accounting for 69.34 percent.

3- Mr. Giang Manh Ha – Head of the Cai Luong Troupe of Dong Nai Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism – with 41.361 votes, accounting for 55.44 percent.

Election Unit 2: Bien Hoa City (Tan Phong, Trang Dai, and Tan Hiep wards)

1- Mr. Ta Huy Hoang – Member of the Executive Committee at Dong Nai Party Committee and Director of Dong Nai Department of Construction – with 55,416 votes, accounting for 67.12 percent.

3- Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – Head of Science, Technology, and Job Orientation Department, Dong Nai Children’s House - with 48,483 votes, accounting for 57.34 percent.

1- Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang – Member of the Executive Committee at the People-Government-Party Bloc and Vice Director of Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology - with 63,767 votes, accounting for 69.98 percent.

2- Mr. Phan Van Tuoc – Deputy Secretary of the Standing Committee at Bien Hoa Municipal Party Committee - with 58,183 votes, accounting for 63.86 percent.

3- Mr. Le Van Danh – Member of the Standing Party Committee and Director of Dong Nai Department of Trade and Industry.

3- Mr. Doan Van Dong – Member of Bien Hoa Municipal Party Executive Committee, Member of Bien Hoa Municipal People’s Committee, and Head of Bien Hoa Municipal Urban Management Office - with 64,681 votes, accounting for 61.24 percent.
