Implementation of Central Resolution 4 of party organizations of business segment: Self-criticism of cadres and party’s members

The establishment decision of Party cell of Fashy limited (100% German investment) 

On implementing Central Resolution 4 (XI term) which is “Some urgent issues concerning the building of the Central party”, up until now 100% Party organizations of business segment has thoroughly conveyed the contents of the Resolution to their cadres and party members. Particularly, Party Committee of the segment has completed the proposal review over standing committee and its commissioners. The Committee of the segment also collected from party organizations, party departments, Office of provincial Party Committee and former leaders of the Party Committee of the segment. It is anticipated that after the appraisal, the Party Standing Committee will officially conduct the appraisal at their respective level and at local level some time later. Currently, the party standing committee has assigned its member to attend the process at local level.

According to reports by the Party Committee of the segment, for the past years, the practice of party building of the Party Committee of the segment has gained noticeable achievements in the 3 aspects: politics, ideology and organization. Among which, Party Committee of the segment paid much attention to directing Party organizations to thoroughly get insight of Party’s resolutions and decisions; State law policies and traditional education, which help consolidating their believes, raising awareness among members of the party, officers, labor force, together with businesses to overcome difficulties, motivating manufacturing process in order to accomplish the set forth objectives of enterprises.

However, for the past 12 years (2000-2011), more than 100 party members of all Party organizations of the segment were disciplined, in which, the number of disciplined members are working in production and business. Besides, though the number of members disciplined was only 0,2% of the total members of the party organizations of the segment, the number of members disciplined for intentional misbehavior and irresponsibility was high, accounting for more than 35% of the disciplined members.

Besides, though the full deployment of directives and resolutions has been carefully carried out, it only focused on cadres, party members, and pivotal people of the community, which was not popular to workers and labor force. In addition, the periodical meeting of some party cells has not been performed as planed the management board of party cells is mostly in charge of other main jobs and does not spend much time for the practice of party building. Party Executive Committees and Party organizations were not fully responsible for supervising, monitoring and disciplining their members, therefore violations were not timely discovered and handled…

“After reviewing the achievements and shortcomings, on implementing Central Resolution 4, the Party Committee of the segment determines that this would be the chance for reviewing each member of the party, from the managerial and supervisory level to normal staffs. As a result, all members can realize and utilize their strengths to as well as refrain their weaknesses” said Nguyen Van Giau, Secretary of the Party Committee of business segment.

Nguyen Van Giau, Secretary of the Party Committee of business segment said that, the practice of criticism and self-criticism in the spirit of Central Resolution 4 must be implemented practically in to point out weaknesses and solutions to overcome. There are even members that require the support of the whole collective to become better in the society, offices and families.
