Ideological and propaganda work: attempt to propagate Party’s Resolutions

Beginning to conduct missions in 2012, when there have been a lot of difficulties and challenges for global and the country, but with the spirit of effort and eagerness, the provincial economy simply reached its intended targets.
Significant contribution to that success is ideological and propaganda work.
* Actively propagate the Party’s Resolutions
Spectacular results of ideological and propaganda work for the first 6 months of 2012 were positively providing education in order to thoroughly grasped Central Resolution 4 (term XI) “some urgent issues of the current Party building”. So far, most of the organizations of division levels of the Party and related units provided education and helped their officers and Party’s members grasp thoroughly the resolution. The provincial Civil Movement Department organized to have officers, members and commissioners of Fatherland Font and provincial organizations grasp the Resolution thoroughly. The Provincial Propaganda Department promulgated Introduction No. 51 of ideological and propaganda work for Plan 69 of the provincial Party about implementing central resolution 4. Besides, Propaganda Department also made a sociological examine of political degeneration and decline in morals in the province to take it as reference to appeal Party and government units to introduce junior leaders timely, which would help implement Central Resolution 4 well.

Besides, in the first 6 months, ideological and propaganda work of the province continued to focus on propagating Resolution 11 of the government which was about some solutions to restraining inflation, macroeconomic stabilization in order to assure the social security and create consolidation and sharing thoughts among all citizen classes against the country’s difficulties in currently.
Propaganda system at all levels also boosted propagating, improved the quality of teaching and learning and follow the moral example of president Ho Chi Minh as mentioned in Introduction 03 of Politics Ministry; new rural area construction, work of ensuring traffic safety… get advice from Party units and Provincial Party Standing Committee for the Party’s plans, instructions and organization of those instructions and resolutions in different fields…
Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung, Deputy Director of Vinh Cuu Propaganda Department said, every month the Committee together with Construction of Politics Training Center of the commune held a meeting for district-classed reporters to timely educate line-up of reporters of the district, commune and town about lines, policies and laws of the Party and State; propagated and educated the related Party Committee, leaders of Fatherland Font, and related organizations, departments and branches. After that, based on their conditions, district Party Committees held a meeting for its reporters and propagated all people through the propagating line-up with secretary of the Party cell and the front board of hamlet and neighborhood.
Besides, every three months the district held newsreel talk shows for its officers, Party members with the target of orienting their ideology… “In time supplying and orienting original information for officers, Party members and people in the district helped heighten their awareness, fight against wrong visions and ideology, strengthen people’s trust and love for the Party, encourage all the society to positively competitive movements, plans and missions of their local.” – Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung emphasized.
* Grasping more desires and aspirations of people
As Mr. Nguyen Van Dung - Deputy Head of Propaganda Committee of Xuan Loc district – said, when performing tasks, in addition to general responsibilities, reporters has always focused dissemination of policies concerning building a new countryside in the district. Since then, they have Xuân Định – the first commune in the province completed programs on building of a new countryside.
Meanwhile, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghia - Deputy Head of Propaganda Committee of Trang Bom district – told the community here has 65% of the population were Catholic and hundreds of places of worship. Therefore, ideological and propaganda work here were one of top priorities. Committees, district councils and the local government have always cooperated with religious leaders for advocating people to live a good Catholic life, and to respond positively emulation movements and social activities. Thus, it contributed to fulfill the political duties in the local. Recently, the Propaganda Committee here released “study and follow Ho Chi Minh's moral example” quarterly newsletter to party organizations in the district.
Comrade Huynh Van Toi - Member of the Central Standing Committee and Director of Provincial Propaganda Department - said ideological and propaganda work for the last 6 months focus on advising organizations to grasp plan No.69 of Provincial Party Committee for implementation of Central Resolution no.4 and no.5 thoroughly; surveying and assessing the situation of the buying and reading party newspapers of people by Political Bureau 8th's directive no.11; introducing actively and praising the zealous; implementing Political Bureau’s directive no.3 on promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example… Besides propagation, it also needs to grasp the effect of those resolutions in the local; the thoughts and aspirations of the people, especially workers and youths, religious people and those in project areas… to contribute to maintaining social security, promoting economic development, and fulfilling the goals of resolutions of the Provincial Party in 2012.
