Dong Nai plans to recapitulate the Law on promulgating legal normative documents in 2008

The aim and results of recapitulating the Law on promulgating Legal Documents of the People's Council, People's Committee of 2004 in the report no. 2701/BC-UBND dated April 19th, 2012 of the Provincial People’s Committee of Dong Nai province and the assessment results on the issued Law on legal documents in 2008 was aimed at summarizing in a comprehensive, objective way the Law on Promulgation Legal documents locally; consequently clarify the need for issuing the consolidating law on promulgating legal documents as required by the Decision no 528/QD-BTP by the Ministry of Justice.
Based on the results of the implementation of the law enacted in 2008 at offices and units during the past time, analyzing, appraising the advantages and problems in the implementation process. Ensuring close coordination between the agencies involved in the process of establishment recap report. Based on regulations relating to the issue of local Laws, Office of the National Assembly delegation and People's Council; all Departments, committees, units; the People’s Committee of Long Khanh town and Bien Hoa City in coordination with the standing members of Council to build the final report, in a comprehensive way, of the results of formulation of legal documents in the level of local units, authorities, departments.
Recapitulate the status of implementing, solidifying common law and guiding documents; the training, instructing about the legislation. Summarize the situation of promulgating legal documents in line with the order and procedures for promulgating legal documents and the results in the level of province, units. Besides, assess the limitations and problems and inadequacies of the Law and guiding documents. Analyze, citing specific reasons and shortcomings in the application of the Law. Propose solutions, the need for consolidating the law enacted to create a complete and uniform legal system.
The plan also states the Law on Promulgating legal documents of the Council; People’s Committee in 2004, National Assembly office, Provincial Council and other departments, branches and People's Committees of Long Khanh town and Bien Hoa City Home city in cooperation with other Council compose the final report on implementation of the Law on promulgation of 2008 (according to the attached outline.
