Dong Nai Convenes a Meeting to Fully Grasp the Resolution of the 11th Party Congress

The meeting was attended by Member of the Central Party and Secretary of Dong Nai Party Committee Tran Dinh Thanh; Member of the Standing Committee at Dong Nai Party Committee Le Hong Phuong; Members of Dong Nai Party Committee; Vice Chairman of Dong Nai People’s Council;  Vice Chairman of Dong Nai People’s Committee; Heads and Deputy Heads of the National Assembly; Heads and Deputy Heads of Committees and Dong Nai Party Committee Secretariat; Heads and Deputy Heads of Dong Nai People’s Council; the Standing Committees of districts, Long Khanh town, and Bien Hoa city.

The meeting

Addressing the meeting, Mr. Tran Dinh Thanh stressed levels of Party Committees are required to quickly start learning, fully grasping, and implementing the Party’s resolutions in order that these resolutions will be able to come into life effectively.

On the basis of the Party’s directions and major guidelines, levels of Party Committees are required to:

- Review, make changes to, and concretize the Party’s major directions and guidelines and the whole tenure’s agenda.

- Keep implementing Party organs’ annual objectives and associate this with a good establishment and implementation of the action program of the 11th National Party Congress’s resolutions at all levels of Party Committees, regions, agencies, and units.

- Organize exciting and strong emulation movements among the Party, the people, the army, and be determined to strive to successfully implement the objectives and tasks set in the resolutions.

By studying and fully grasping the Party’s resolution, all Party leaders and Party members are required to speak and act according to the Party's resolutions in order to make our Party grow increasingly stronger to lead the country and the people in a new period.

Also he asked that the Party should study and fully grasp its resolutions at the 11th Party Congress and consider it a politically important event as well as a major task in 2011 with the aim of raising people’s awareness and of forming the same idea in action among the Party, the people and the military for a public consensus.

He said: “I hope that you all will promote your sense of responsibility, enhance your self-awareness, study seriously, and then apply it to reality in a creative way and in a way that suits your local region, your organization, and your workplace”.

As planned, the meeting will take place on May 25 and 27.

May 25, the meeting will hear Member of the Central Party Executive Committee and Director of Ho Chi Minh National Political and Administrative Institution present two special topics: “Amended and developed national construction fundamental in a transition to socialism 2011” and “The Amended Party Statutes”.

May 27, the meeting will continue hearing Deputy Head of the Central Party Secretariat Nguyen Van Thao present two special topics: “2011-202 Socio-Economic Development Strategy” and “The Central Party Executive Committee’s political report at the 11th Party Congress (10th term)”
