Collect people’s comments on the revised Land Law

On the purpose of​ enhancing ownership; mobilizing intellectuals and dedication of state agencies, organizations, individuals as well as classes of people in the​ province; building consensus and expressing the aspirations of the local people through their comments on the revised Land Law; raising awareness of all levels and classes of people and organizations and individuals in the Province and their responsibilities for the amendment of the Land Law. The plan is carried out properly in order to provide best conditions to all levels and classes of people and organizations and individuals.  The comments should be gathered fully, precisely, objectively and selectively; completely synthetized and reported to the Government, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; the plan should be made in democratic, public, scientific, timely, practical and economical manners. Mass media agencies are responsible for propagating and encouraging people to contribute ideas and reflect their opinions timely.
