Every month, employees contribute over 2,000 initiatives to help businesses improve working conditions and improve work efficiency. As a result, annual production capacity increases by 10%, electricity and water costs, and materials are reduced, and the annual benefit value is over VND50 billion. Enterprises also reward employees every month from VND3-10 million per person.

Ms. Le Thi Thanh Nguyet, Chairperson of Long Thanh District Confederation of Labor said that from the emulation movement for good labor and creative labor, many initiatives of workers directly in production have contributed to reducing environmental pollution and waste of raw materials.
