Tin Nghia Company invests over 180 billion VND to speed up the infrastructure construction of Nhon Trach III industrial zone.

The 180 billion VND worth contract aim to speed up infrastructure construction at Nhon Trach III industrial zone. Prominent at the signing ceremony were Dong Nai provincial Chairman Vo Van Mot and Deputy General Director of Vietnam Bank for Investment and Development Le Dao Nguyen.

Following the contract, Dong Nai Bank for Investment and Development will sponsor 180 billion VND including 120 billion of long term investment capital for Tin Nghia Company to develop the infrastructure system at Nhon Trach III industrial zone. The development is expected to attract more investor to this 300 hectares industrial zone located at the center of Nhon Trach district’s new urban area.

Addressing at the contract signing ceremony, Mr. Vo Van Mot greatly appreciated the close tie between Vietnam Bank for Investment and Development and enterprises in the province. However, the loan of 1.4 trillion VND provided by the bank in 2005 does not reflect the level of development commensurate with the position and possibilities of the bank and the province. He expressed his hope that the concerns giving by the leadership of Vietnam Bank for Investment and Development which give bright to greater cooperation between the bank and enterprises in Dong Nai and in that way the two parties could exploit the advantages of the province for the faster rate of national socioeconomic development.
