Last recent time, the progress on resolving administrative procedure of 20/20 departments, in 11/11 District People’s Committee, in 170/170 Commune People’s committee is publicized to the people and organizations on the Provincial Portal, Provincial Public Administration Reform website, Provincial Public Service Portal Search.
On the other hand, people and organizations can also follow up the status of their case settlement through many different devices. Thereby, in order to enhance the efficiency of publicity and transparency in the implementation the one-stop-shop and inter-agency one-stop-shop mechanisms serve as a basis for assessing the responsibilities of units and localities in handling the administrative procedures.

In the first 6 months of 2021, the rate of on-time processing of dossiers at provincial level reached 99.3%, district level reached 95%, commune level reached 97.2%.
Also during the time when the Covid-19 epidemic began to break out in the 4th wave until now, in order to ensure the safety of the people and contribute to the fight against the increasingly complicated epidemic, the Provincial People's Committee has issued a plan to implement the following urgent content of Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control at the Provincial Public Administration Center and the One-Stop-Shop Division at district and commune levels. In particular, the units must focus on directing and strengthening propaganda to promote online public services and public postal services, and limiting the form of direct receipt and return of results during the implementation of epidemic prevention measures (only direct reception for administrative procedures of urgent nature, during the day).
