The price stabilization program for some essential commodities during 2021 - 2022 has been implemented.

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to implement the price stabilization program of some essential commodities in the period of 2021 - 2022, and the Lunar New Year in 2022 and responding to the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic in the province.
Pork is in the list of nineteen items for the price stabilization program during 2021 - 2022.
Accordingly, the price stabilization program will be implemented for 19 kinds of products, including the rice, pork, chicken, poultry eggs, seafood and aquatic products, vegetables, instant noodles, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate (MSG), seasoning powder, cooking oil, soy sauce, fish sauce, bottled drinking water, antibacterial masks, antiseptic water, toilet paper, textbooks, school notebooks.
The implementation period of the price stabilization program has been started from October 1, 2021 to the end of September 30, 2022. Particularly, for the textbooks and student notebooks, their implementation period will be separately applied.
The program has aimed to ensure the balance between supply and demand of goods, stabilize the market and contribute to the implementation of social welfare works during the rainy season, epidemics, holidays, the last months of 2021, the Lunar New Year in 2022, and meet the needs of essential commodities of the people in the province.
At the same time, the businesses have been created the conditions to participate in the price stabilization program in order to access the preferential capitals, have the plans to prepare the source of goods, expand the groups of items to stabilize the market, and associate with the campaign “Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods”. As a result, it has contributed to limit the rate of price increase, curb the inflation, and promote the production and business development.
