More products were made but less electricity consumpted, each kilogram of plastic saved 400 VND" - Mr. Huy shared.

Mr. Vu Dinh Quan, Director of Sustainable Development of Taekwang Vina Industrial Joint Stock Company said that outdated and power-consuming technological equipments were gradually being replaced by products that consumed less electricity. Light bulbs, pumps, and ventilation fans were also products labeled energy-saving. In addition, the company invested in a series of electronic sewing machines with automatic installation combined with the installation of integral motors to save 70-80% of electricity compared to mechanical sewing machines, reduced errors by 40-50%, and at the same time increased labor productivity by 20%.

Energy saving for production facilities that consume a lot of electricity is mandatory. This helps businesses to save electricity, lower product costs and increase profits and competitiveness. To continue accompanying with businesses, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang signed to promulgate a plan to implement the program of economical and efficient use of energy in Dong Nai province in 2023 on March 17. In this plan, the Provincial People's Committee proposed four basic solutions: mobilizing resources to support and give incentives for development and application of energy-saving products; training and capacity building for managers at enterprises; developing consulting services on economical and efficient use of energy; strengthen the inspecting implementation of the plan, the Law on economical and efficient use of energy of enterprises.

The province requires industrial production facilities and key energy users to strictly comply with regulations on energy saving. Applying an advanced energy management model, ensuring the implementation of energy consumption norms as required by the province. At the same time, the province encourages the development of green and renewable energy sources for production and business.
