Rental service about 38,000 hectares of forest

In the next 10 years, Dong Nai Culture-Nature Reserve will consider leasing forest environment services on an area of about 38,000 hectares in special-use forests and production forests under its management.

The largest area is Tri An Lake, lakes and islands (except Eagle Island and Dong Truong Island) with an area of more than 32.5 thousand hectares; Ba Hao Lake area with an area of more than 1.8 thousand hectares in the administrative and service subdivision; tourist wharf area No. 1 with an area of more than 25ha in Vinh An Town; tourist wharf area 2 with an area of more than 8 hectares in Ma Da Commune; semi-wild animal breeding area over 412ha; stone park area of more than 385ha; high-quality fruit garden and eco-tourism along the Be River with an area of over 2 thousand hectares in Hieu Liem Commune; Rang waterfall relic site has an area of more than 18ha in Phu Ly Commune… and some other areas have an area of less than 10ha.
According to Dong Nai Culture-Nature Reserve, these are areas with advantages in terms of traffic, landscape and flora and fauna to develop ecotourism, resort and entertainment services. The cooperation in forest environment leasing will bring benefits to investors, management units and the State through generating revenue to maintain forest protection and development activities.
