Raising the rate of online public service provision to 3.4

People come to settle administrative procedures at Bien Hoa City One-Door Department

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee determined to focus resources on increasing the rate of online public service provision to 3.4 out of the total administrative procedures under the province's jurisdiction to the National Public Service Portal increased 20% by 2020. Units need to implement the plan to provide public services online on the National Public Service Portal in 2021 approved by the Prime Minister.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned responsibility to departments, departments, provincial police, social insurance, People's Committee of districts, Long Khanh    city and Bien Hoa city based on their functions and tasks to deploy online public services provided on the National Public Service Portal 2021 issued together with the Prime Minister's Decision No. 406/QD-TTg of March 22, 2021. At the same time, continue to review and implement the restructuring of processes, cuts and standardization of administrative procedures in the fields of management; integration, provision of online public services, online payment on the National Public Service in 2021 to ensure the minimum rate as prescribed in the Government's Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP of January 1, 2021.

At the same time, directed the units and departments having online public services on the National Public Service Portal seriously deploy, ensure the reception and settlement of dossiers submitted by organizations and individuals on the National Public Service Portal as prescribed. Handle according to their competence cadres to officers and public employees who failed to implement or delay or fail to meet the objectives and requirements under the direction of the Government or Prime Minister. Proactively coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee and relevant agencies and units to integrate and provide online public services on the National Public Service Portal. Focus on resources on implementing public services to serve people and businesses in 2021...

The plan aims to promote the settlement of administrative procedures in the electronic environment, integrate and provide online public services on the National Public Service Portal towards cutting, simplifying administrative procedures, reducing costs, reducing direct contact, facilitating businesspeople.
