Providing online public services to help people facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 Pandemic

In order to ensure that the provision of online public services and support the people facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic, ensure to the right people quickly and conveniently, the Government Office has just sent a written request to the Chairman of People's Committees of Provinces and Cities direct relevant agencies and units to immediately deploy to agencies and units related to the settlement of benefits for subjects according to Decision No. 23/2021/QD - TTg, especially officials of the District-level People's Committee; the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; the Employment Service Center deploys and implements the process and form in the Document No. 2307/LDTBXH-VP dated July 19, 2021 of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs (at address: https:/ /ncovi.dichvucong.gov.vn).
Using the senior administrative account of the provinces or cities People's Committee (registered by digital-certificated device issuing to the Provincial People's Committee or an agency authorized by the Provincial People's Committee) decentralizes to the provincial-level administrative account and relevant organizations and individuals having authority to handle the above-mentioned administrative procedures.
